Americans generally get to use public restrooms for free, meanwhile I've heard euros have to pay to use public restrooms. Its important to note that porta potties in the US are especially disgusting, but my question is, would americans pay to use the restroom if it was a clean and pleasant relief experience? How much would you pay to use a luxury restroom?
