It's just tactics. I don't see why it wouldn't apply almost universally across domains. Study what mao did or Stalin or the Cheka, Berlin when the wall was up. It's all right there
Oh I suppose I'll biteOne of the things you do is analysis of the individuals within different systems. Find the most connected socially, influential, best business relationships, etc and lots of other metrics. Have a system that analyzes groups of people to find the most important people to either influence, eliminate or capture. Use social networks, behavioral analysis, A/B testing of subgroups, stuff like that. This would be useful

Also you can't control what you can't measure, so you would need to monitor where the culture is at presently. make adjustments to keep it on track.

However, I don't feel that the time is quite here yet - regretfully, it may be that things will have to get a lot worse before many will see past the psychological programming that has been very successfully employed for years now. The NSDAP itself was created by pulling together people with an array of idealogies in order to create a movement. What do you feel we can do to create fertile ground for future growth? How can we spread our idealogy in ways they CAN'T supress?Trickery is one thing... but spreading our ideas with finesse is another.
