Once you get old you should be getting your blood checked at least once a year to see where your cholesterol and other shit levels are, if you can pick high liver enzymes early you might be able to reverse the damage, same shit with kidneys and what not. Once the kidneys for example get completely fucked then you're fucked. You can discover so much shit through blood tests and if you have the money for it, which is not a lot, you can even do hormone and other vitals test. Go get tested you dumb brain child nigger

In terms of burning cash, doing reckless maniacal crap, stealing, etc. I never did that on meth or amphetamines. Tweaking for me was being hyperfixated on cleaning and reading (I have ADD) but coke/crack made a sociopath. You feel fuckin powerful and the constant craving of wanting more every 15 or so minutes doesn't help you.And then even after being clean for nore than a year i still act like one (not taking care of my personal hygiene or giving a shit about anyone) that never happened with heroin and i did that for almost a decade and it was a bitch to get clean but then i did coke and crack by accident a couple of years ago and the worst came out of me.I'm at a point of thinking of just getting used as cannon fodder for a cartel as long as they give me coke/crack.
