We would stop the war immediately if all developed nations agreed to give us a lot of money and actively made Russia rich and wealthy, while simultaneously not giving a single cent to Ukraine and also making it illegal for organizations to give money to Ukraine or to support Ukraine. A total physical siege of Ukraine would be nice too, but that's probably not happening.
