Literally just buy some land, have a well, septic and have electricity via solar panels and internet via star link. Subsist off farming / hunting & fishing and maybe sell small portion of produce for cash in case in need to buy new tools, construction materials and a fund for when solar panels need replacing and for paying internet and property tax. This would be a super low cost of living and you could easily expand via buying more cheap land in middle of nowhere and you could have different communities that do different things and synergies with each other like maybe one is the farming one that feeds everyone, one is the miner and black smith community, the other is the lumber / carpentry community, etc. we could have our own self sufficient network and not be slaves anymore so easily
