Its called a rigged election, you know its rigged any time its a fraction of a percent away because that signifies every time the real leader moves ahead, they rig it and drag them back under. Then at the end they just pass a few off to the chosen one who wins. They rig it as they count, the rigging gets deeper the more the other person pulls ahead. Nearly all US elections, presidential ones are 51/49, thats ridiculous. Real life doesnt work like that.
Le Pen starts pulling ahead, you just rip a few votes you know all 3 at the same time in the same pattern. A ripped vote is spoiled and doesnt count, into the trash.
