The faster you can run AI's the faster they can absorb that information. So the more hardware power you have the quicker you can train them. And once they're actually trained and ready for use they need hardware power to do what they do. The more processing power you give them the faster they can do what you want. That's what data centers are, they're schools for them to learn then offices to work out of. Except their office is a massive network center filled with computers. All that hardware humming away needs space. That's why data centers are so big
