Because someone hit my wife and instead of inspecting the car at a body shop, the insurance company made me take photos for them, which they then processed with AI, and then sent me some bull shit estimate. It took over 3 months before anyone looked at my car in real life and it was only after I threatened to sue. Then the mechanic said half the shit on the evaluation was wrong and had to argue with them to get them to agree to fix the correct parts. Fuck insurance
