So It's still a tossup. Two major provinces still have a lot of votes to be counted. Cusco, commie stronghold, and Loreto, Jap stronghold. But even then, the differential is going to be so small that the overseas vote, which hasn't been counted in earnest yet, will have an impact in the wiggle room Keiko will have to still come out on top. If the current percentage of ~56/43 for the overseas remain, she can only have Sanchez outpace her by at most, about $60k. However, since that percentage is likely to be much higher as oversees tend to vote very strongly to the right, her allowed lag behind Sanchez is likely quite a bit higher.
