There were predictions of doom even before Covid.
>>
Greens used predict a new apocalypse every 10 years or so.

>70s: New Ice Age
>80s: Acid rain
>90s: Ozone hole
>00s until now: Climate change

When you get old enough you simply start ignoring them.

Prarie grass is all almost gone which kept topsoil down

Its just a phase. I have different weeds in my yard than I had 10 years ago.

Nothing happened. Super El Nino is still coming. Last one was 1877.

Global agricultural productivity has literally never declined, we just keep getting better at it, more efficient, with fewer inputs, on smaller amounts of land, etc.. etc.. And I "think" at this point in time we produce something to the tune of x4 the amount of food the entire global population needs to eat. Most of which, however, gets lost via transportation.

tldr; we're REALLY good at farming and nothing has stopped that momentum (yet).

I don't think growing alfalfa in a fucking desert is what you call efficient

America has the least amount of dairy cattle it has ever had.
Bill Gates owns millions of acres of farmland now and the orange golem is allowing chinks to buy US farmland.
dont worry, theyre trying to make it happen.

remember, the WEF (the org jeetlon is a product of) is aiming for 2030.

Probably more fragile in some way too.

Bro when you're producing 400% of what's needed annually that's a LOT of wiggle room. No, the food supply is not more fragile. It's more robust than ever given that not only has food production improved, so has food preservation and food transportation via refrigerated shipping.

On top of which you can literally go buy seeds and soil at a store in your town, right now, and grow your own food. Clean water is piped directly to your house so no need for rain. The sun still shines every day, BUT EVEN THEN NOW WE HAVE GROW LIGHTS AND YOU CAN EVEN POWER THEM WITH CHEAP SOLAR PANELS.

I can't even imagine how this could get more robust. Maybe something to do with the atmosphere.

Yeah we'll all start living on carrots like rabbits. We can just drop everything and become subsistence farmers. Tech downgrade isn't hard at all.

Productivity is high enough than an intensely famed quarter acre will feed a family of four for a year.
No it's not ever going to get that far, because as I said, the food situation is incredibly robust. That was my point.

Even India will largely survive their current food issues, because they'll just import food from abroad that isn't having these problems: south east asia, Africa, south America, and the biggest food exporter of them all: the USA, which will probably be stupid enough to send them food for free to keep breeding like cockroaches.

The usual, solved the issue.

>what is monocrop big ag that survives on loans, fertilizers, and pesticides
I'm not a green faggot, but even I know the farming industry is about to collapse. Breeding my own climate localised cultivars now. Next year will be the F2 generation.
