Honestly, it's rather insane to think that the ROYAL NAVY would be the one reduced to a fleet in being.If this is the state of their Navy, which is by necessity their most important branch, one can only imagine what the army and air force is like

They're now trying to source the parts off the open market, which is pretty lol. Doubly so since they still don't have the money to buy the parts, so they're just trying to find factories that could theoretically make them if money was ever appropriated for it.
