On top of that Bulgaria and Russia are connected by blood historically (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Shipka_Pass) and 90% of the population supports Russia in the current war, so the western shill governments that ruled Bulgaria in the last 2 decades were heavily criticised for the arms they sent
