And incredibly he still isn't in the criminal justice system. He murdered 3 people (the last of an extremely extensive rap sheet including many acts of violence and mayhem) and could conceivably be released in 5 - 10 years.The idea that a violent murderer having schizophrenia means we shouldn't lock them up and throw away the key is nuts to me. Makes no sense at all. Psychological problems like antisocial personality disorder or substance abuse aren't valid excuses so why is schizophrenia?
