You know what is funny? I visited Sudan and Egypt like 15 years ago. The people were not violent at this level, not even near it. If a sudanese thought so bold that he could try to behead someone, it is because he was led to believe that nothing would happen. Because if you try to pull off this disgusting shit anywhere on Earth, you'll get your teeth kicked in. I think even indians look down upon beheading, and they don't look down upon anything. Beheading is exclusively done in formal penal prosecution and punishment. You don't go around brutally butchering people like this.

And they do this shit in BELFAST. Hell, the troubles never truly ended because no side walked out with any resolution. Belfast still carries very unstable angry elements that other british cities lack.
