By the 1970s it was completely fine to shit on jews in the USSR, in fact it was far more acceptable there than here.

The Second World wanted to expand the revolution, not import regression and take away jobs from their own workers (Many of which were already given low-skill tasks just so they had something to earn on.) Students and advisors from Africa who came to the USSR and other states were trained in their job & Marxist ideology, and then sent back so their native nations stayed allies.
