Anne Rice, the author of Interview with the Vampire, claimed Vogue magazine often ran photographs of naked children. Is this actually true? I've never heard about this before.

Bump for possible. Some really crazy shit went on, in the '70's and early '80's. That all stopped and I mean STOPPED in '86, when some poor kid died from an AIDS-riddled blood transfusion. The whole country collectively shit a fucking brick.

Yeah; that was common in the US and Europe from the 1960's to the 1990's. Some acclaimed photographers like Sally Mann made whole careers out of that kind of content.
