Looks like he was railroaded. They're just mad he's raising attention about this and Minnesota migrant fraud so they charged him for trespassing because there's footage of him at a protest at a stadium from like 3-5 years ago. Most likely will get dropped. They just wanted to swat him, basically, as an intimidation tactic.
They updated the charge to “terroristic threats” for not backing down to the niggers threatening his life, and one punched him while he was holding a sign with a picture of Austin Metcalf.
