My city used to have a really active night life about a decade ago. Then the walls of the dance clubs suddenly got filled with dark shapes holding a bottle of water, predatory white eyes staring from the darkness, looking around the club for some pray. The noise level changed, different smells, languages, screaming and fighting quickly turned the Swedish youth away and soon these cheap bars went out of business. The parks and beaches would be packed with swedes during the warmer period of the year where they would drink, BBQ and play games. The evenings were filled with younger swedes drinking.Go down to the playa a nice summer evening with some booze and you'll find a group to hang with, good times. Then the dark shapes started to arrive, now even more visible and now smaller versions would be visible during the day. The smell of water pipes filled the air, the nice mood that used to be there during the day was gone. Instead you had dark shapes running around and screaming, lots and lots of screaming. Combine that with the stench of weird food being grilled with waaaay too much lightning fluid and an absurd increase in trash strewn about and these once nice places to take your family to during the day were gone. The evenings and nights went from a nice calm controlled chaos into an actual chaos.
