Arguments FOR Birthright Citizenship expose UNCONSTITUTIONAL 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments Illegal ratification

It's time to relitigate the dubious 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments!

Any and all US Supreme Court arguments FOR Birthright Citizenship tug on threads of unconstitutionality of 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments Illegal ratification.

Justice Clarence Thomas has just cause and ability with just a couple sentences in Birthright Citizenship case to start the unwinding.

14th Amendment's adoption in 1868 is dubious due to passage by a partisan Reconstruction Congress excluding Southern states, followed by coerced ratification. Southern states were forced to ratify it to end military occupation, and several Northern states rescinded their votes, challenging constitutional legitimacy

>Excluded Representation: Amendment proposed by a Congress representing only 25 of 36 states, as Southern representatives were barred from taking their seats.

>Coerced Ratification: Southern states initially rejected the amendment then forced to ratify to gain readmission to the Union Reconstruction Acts, divided the South into military districts.

>Rescinded Votes: Several states (Ohio, New Jersey, and Oregon) ratified but later passed resolutions to rescind their ratification before the 1868 certification.

>Procedural Issues: The proposed amendment was not presented to President Andrew Johnson for approval, ignoring standard procedures
