Etymology is the history of a word. In this context we’re looking at the meaning of the word “evidence”. If it’s raining and I say “this was caused by the Greek god Neptune” and you say “ what evidence do you have for saying that?” and I say “You can just look. You’re either stupid or corrupt. I’m outta here.” That’s pretty much how Trump acted: like an emotional retard. Also look up Trump and “gut feeling”. He goes by his gut feeling. Like a woman. Like a fat faggot retarded woman-man. That’s our piece of shit President, Trump!

>>
>>536881980
If he's a government official alleging a crime definitely happened, he is responsible for having the evidence. An interviewer is not an investigative journalist whose job is to hunt it down, her job is just to ask him questions.
>>
>>536882416
You’re purposefully not looking then and allowing your bias to take over. Just look at what James okeefe documented recently. If that’s not enough evidence to justify and establish an investigation then I would posit your definition of what constitutes evidence is completely askew. Almost as if you have something to hide. Do you have something to hide? If not, you should be welcoming an opportunity to bolster election security.
>>
>>536881080
if "just look" counts as evidence then that means trump was epstein's best friend and is a pedo
>>
>>536883298
You are using "bolster election security" as a euphemism for "publicly allege crimes where there is no evidence for it beyond vibes."
>>
>>536883629
There is clear evidence. They’re paying the homeless to sign as people they are not, and vote on their behalf. Are you saying that this documented action does not constitute evidence of election fraud?
>>
>>536883823
You are referring to that election official paying homeless people to register to vote, not to vote for them, although even if that was true, the alleged crime (as I understand it) is that the mail-in votes are all for Democrats and not for Republicans, which would be a completely unrelated thing that the homeless issue can't interact with.
>>
>>536881080
With how ridiculously lax California’s voting laws are I’d argue the burden is on anyone claiming their elections are legit. There was a pretty damning WSJ editorial about this. Ballot harvesting is legal, the counters have to accept basically anything a retard sends in as a valid ballot, and they accept ballots sent days after the election actually happened
>>
>>536881080
Too bad he’s not the president and his party isn’t in control of all levers of government for the last 2 years. This Israeli piece of shit dgaf about any of you
>>
>>536884340
lol. Ok. So when you asked for evidence, you didn’t actually want evidence, you just wanted to gaslight and deflect… you’re bad faith actor and deserve discourse. If you can’t accept that there is genuine fraud within your electoral system, no matter who it benefits (any fraud for anyone is a net negative for your society), then I can only assume it’s because you have something to hide. Which constitutes reasoning to investigate.
>doth protest too much
Either instance constitutes the prerequisites to initiative full scale investigations. And we all know it. What do you hope to gain by saying there’s no election fraud?
>>
>>536881080
poop
>>
Stuff that presented like "hmmm really makes you think" isn’t evidence and often wasn’t really thought deeply about at all. Just kneejerk reactions and Facebook/Twitter sound bytes.
>>
>>536885006
One election official illegally paying homeless people 5 dollars to register to vote is not evidence of the mail-in ballots being falsified, and if it was, Trump would have brought that up instead of vaguely saying that you just need to look.

I don't necessarily have an issue with investigating election fraud. My issue is that Trump specifically has a history of throwing tantrums and alleging fraud with elections he doesn't like the outcomes of, and without more to go on than "one official illegally paid a homeless guy to register to vote," his word isn't sufficient cause to launch an investigation.
>>
>>536886384
You forgot the part where they were registering to vote as people that they are not, ergo, it’s quite literally fraud. And it literally affects the integrity of your elections. If that does not constitute election fraud by your measure then I’m sorry to tell you, your barometer to measure anything should be revoked. Trump invoking the
>its self evident
Is very tiresome, but it’s not without merit. He shouldn’t use it without it being validated yet, but he has a penchant for wanting some sort of seer that has the ability to predict the future… he doesn’t, he’s just brazen enough to use such tactics. Can we agree that any fraud is too much fraud, and endeavour to at least converse in good faith? That would be a good foundation for agreeableness with regard to what is fair, and what is genuinely, the will of the power of which elections need be to cornerstone of a democracy.
>>
>>536886881
You are referring to this incident, correct?
https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/california-woman-federally-charged-paying-individuals-including-homeless-people-las-skid-row
This woman was paid for the number of people she convinced to register to vote, then paid 1 or 2 dollars to homeless people so she could get more money herself. Sometimes, the homeless people didn't have addresses, so she gave them her old address to use (highly illegal).

Don't get me wrong, this is obviously illegal and needs to be stopped, but this isn't "registering to vote as people that they are not," and it has literally nothing to do with the mail-in ballot "fraud" that trump and other Republicans are alleging.

Unless you're referring to some other incident I don't know about?
>>
>>536883044
Courts are not an investigative body. You show up with evidence or other things to try to prove your case. You don't ask the court to just trust me bro.
and despite near endless efforts by tons of different investigations and audits etc no wide spread fraud as ever been found in modern elections. Trump knows this, it's just a gift..
>>
>>536881080
he shit his diaper again didn't he

>>536886384
>>536887180
Why are you Jews still defending election fraud?
>>
>>536887180
Ok. I see your point and yes that was what I was referring to. Honestly, I think that activity is abhorrent, and if that isn’t the the ‘low hanging fruit’ of voter fraud, and isn’t symptomatic of wider fraud constituting further investigation, your limits to initiate an investigation are set way too high. Mail-in ballots by their very nature are completely insecure. Not to mention you don’t even need ID to vote just screams a lack of integrity. If you don’t investigate this, you can’t then say your elections are secure. That’s the main point.
>>
>>536888451
Miggers are the boy who cried fraud. Nobody believes them anymore. That’s Trump’s fault, not mine.
>>
>>536884613
> they accept ballots sent days after the election actually happened
This is not true tho. Postmarked on election day + snail mail takes a week to get it to the counters does not equal fraud. Miggers are just big mad about losing.

>>536884613
Ballot harvesting isn't fraud, it's a campaign finance issue. It's considered unfair because better financed candidates can pay more money for mules targeting voter demographics likely to vote for them to give themselves an edge over their opponents. The ballots themselves are perfectly valid, and aren't discounted even if they were provably involved in an illegal ballot harvesting operation. Ironically, the far-right supreme court is likely to one day liberalize the shit out of the remaining campaign finance laws under 1st amendment grounds like Citizens United, so ballot harvesting will probably just be legal nationwide some day.
>>
>>536891028
>boy who cried wolf
Even so, you have a morale obligation to investigate. If you haven’t looked, how can you say it isn’t there? You won’t ever find something that you’re not looking for…

Again, there’s literally no basis to say that given that there’s pretty much zero vetting or identification. A woman registered her dog to vote and only got caught because she self-reported.

The fact that the DOJ has not done a reinvestigation for 2020 ever since Trump got into office again leads me to believe that they're just blowing smoke. Even more so that they just raid the Georgia electoral offices for their votes last year and what came of that you asked? Fucking nothing. Just like with California nothing will come from it because they won't investigate it, retards don't want investigations they just want to be told they're right.

To be fair no one in congress provided evidence that Russia frauded the 2016 election either, nonetheless Trump signed the sanctions and threw his first term in the garbage being a tough guy against Russia touting the sanctions instead of standing up for his supporters. As a result Jeff Sessions recused himself, and the fake controversy fueled the colossal mid term defeat.
>>
>>536893438
Hmmm. Interesting tact. Default position is that the vote is valid by definition; ergo, to question it is a step outside of process. What in fact should be the process, is that all votes are invalid till they’re verified; which then would mean all need be put through that process prior to tabulation. Shit, if India can do it, so can you… need I make more comparisons to your mates in south east Asia? That should cause impetus enough to provoke a positive response. If someone compared me to Sanjeev, that would be diabolical… you (burger bros) were the best, now being compared to the worst. A fall from grace were there ever one. Sorry to go ad hom, but seems fitting.

That's about tabulator tapes not being properly signed, not fake votes.
Trump being recorded asking Georgia to "find him some more votes", that was not fake.
The acting National Security Advisor (now fired recently) was in Georgia trying to find "Teh Steal" evidence while Bibi was guiding Trump towards disaster. She of course found zero evidence, leading to her replacement.

>Earlier this month, Fulton County acknowledged before the Georgia State Election Board that more than 130 tabulator tapes from the 2020 election were not signed, a lapse officials said involved about 315,000 ballots and which brought renewed scrutiny and questioning of the results even though multiple audits, including a hand count, affirmed the results.
