The trades truly suck and the romanticization of them are a joke.As a guy who’s worked in the trades his entire 20s I am done with them. The work is difficult, dangerous, exhausting, underpaid etc yes. However to me the worst part about it is actually the guys in it and the overall culture. Hearing slurs all day long, dad rock, mindless conservative takes. People’s aspirations are owning a trailer or cottage, dirt bikes , atvs and 4 cars. Not to mention the adult man children who think having a meltdown and throwing tools means you’re tough. I know every profession has its own weird culture, I just feel so out of place and done with this profession.
>>536881675>aletta oceanpeak taste in bimbos
>>536881816Ist meine Lieblingsbimbo, sehr proportionell noch.

>>536881675>tfw pretty much being shoehorned in to joining the trades in my late 20's after being fired from my bar job of 7 years because the new GM didn't like meJobs here all go to women and browns, honestly I'm not even sure I'll get anywhere in the trades as a White. And if I do get a job I'll hate everyone I work with like you said.
The most soul sucking part of most trades is that you don't create anything. You're just fixing stuff that more educated people have already made. I'd rather be an engineer that makes $70k than a tradesman that makes $120k+.
>>536881816Nah real bimbo is blonde
>>536882347nobody stops you from making shit yourself, your not working 24/7
>>536882347Just gotta get into the right trade. Shipyards make plenty of stuff, and some of the trades there aren't too physically demanding. Just don't fall into the macho trap of not wearing PPE. Lots of dudes think they look tough and then after they've gone deaf and are coughing up blood, nobody even remembers they used to work there.

I always laughed at the idea of the solidarity of the proletariate. They all hate each other with a passion that surpasses their hatred for their managerial classes who they actually suck up to esp if they're well to do businessment that come in and want a job done extra fast so if everyone delivers by Friday afternoon it's 36 packs of beer and half a dozen pizzas. The grovelling and obsequious, might I say schoolgirl flirtatious smiles are off the charts. I retired at 55 and now I'm a hermit. And that's another thing; the women you get as a tradesman are disgusting. Firemen and policemen can do very well in this department though...
>>536882407nah man she doesn´t do it for me
>>536882598There's a difference between creating and fabricating. Blindly following steps laid out by someone smarter than you fucking sucks. >>536882758>the women you get as a tradesman are disgustingTrue. Any momentum you have with a chick instantly vanishes when you say "I'm an auto tech". Unless you're some master tech at a luxury dealership, which sucks anyway since you're mostly tooling on Karen's neglected base model gloss white 4 cylinder crossover
>>536882887I dunno, for me a bimbo should be blonde with disproportinately large boobs
>>536882347you should do that then, nothing's stopping you.I'd take the 120k because I know the engineering work isn't going to be much better, just a different suck. A job is job.
>>536882347Speak for yourself I build houses
>>536882347Tradesmen make like $50,000/year here before taxes now unless you own the company lol
>>536884156kek. Flag
>>536884156>Speak for yourself I build housesDid you mean "bomb houses"?
I'm a maintenance guy in an old folks home. I change lightbulbs, unclog sinks, adjust thermostats, put TVs on the right input, and flirt with CNAs. Pay is fine but not great ($25/hour) but I have no stress at work.
>>536884365Thats why I'd never keave being a maintenance guy to make less or the same working on a construction site.
>>536882347modern arts aren't creating anything either. it's just subverting white culture in all mediums
>>536882347Engineer who used to be a tech and did everything i could to escape here. Its WAY better on the other side and we are the ones making 120k while wfh
>>536884050No, its WAY better and more fufiling
Ich dachte, Bimbo wäre ein sehr beleidigendes Wort für die Schwarzen
>>536885924I work in a shipyard for 26.76 an hour. Nothing super stressful about my job except the fact I'm 60 feet down the bowels of a navy destroyer without AC while it's legitimately 90f outside and I'm in a tiny coffin sized opening. sanding, grinding, painting, tented off, full face respirator, and coveralls. think im gonna move into a different department soon though so cross your fingers for me.
>>536881675>>536881816What I wouldn't give for a night with her
>>536881675Tradies break their back all day for pennies while young spics fuck milfs all day for 10x what a tradie makes.
>>536881675>The work is difficult, dangerous, exhausting, underpaidDamn right, bro. How much are you being paid?
>>536881675To Summarize:I'm a pussy and I quit, Mommy.
>>536886526Absolutely base, death to tradys
>>536884050Do you think I could cut it as a mech eng? I topped the class for my automotive program in college and got some of the highest grades in the history of the program. Surprisingly a lot of the kids in the class came from wealthy families full of white collar professionals. But I still don't feel smart. I just get the feeling that even a "low tier" mech eng would be way smarter than the smartest auto techs.
>>536882598One of my kids is a marine mechanic on big ships. In his down time he does work in boat yards on yachts. bloody loves it.
>>536882407There’s something about Briana, she was always my favorite. I usually like brunettes too.
>>536881675Congrats Hans, you're now Lead Foreman!But who's the hog?
>>536881675You sound like you picked the wrong trade and are unironically a pussy. You don’t have to be an alcoholic or a caveman retard, just be good. The pay is good if you are. Or join the union.
>>536881675For me the culture is exactly why I'm still in the trades.I'm probably everything you hate about those people.
>>536881675Yeah I knew the trades were a meme with my first office job. Paid off my student debt in 1 year and my starting salary right out of school was already as high as my stepfather's who had been a union electrician for 30 years. Only took me 3 years to start significantly out-earning him.
