Barbara and the Trump Administrations constitutional argument would be on the Spring Docket. Spring Docket ends on June 30th, 2026. SCOTUS does not necessarily HAVE to make a decision by that point but they generally almost always do. They could technically delay further for months but this is almost unheard of in the entire history of SCOTUS.
