Did that pussy ass bitch really just fail a fucking one plate bench? That's 60kg, you could fucking juggle that shit.

Who the fuck doesn't plant their feet on bench?

I'm going to assume/hope that "failure" means a 20RM at least
>>
>>536912570
I don't see it. Care to elaborate?
>>
>>536912530
Hegseth has ZERO visible muscularity. He should try training for hypertrophy and fix his diet, lol.
>>
>>536912530
Giving off very strong faggot vibes
That is the form of a man that has never done either of those exercises
>>
>>536912653
Probably did more than one rep.

He's out of shape, definitely, but his position is more logistics.

Between position 1 and 2, I see a slight warp of the position of the letter R.
Between 1 and 3, there is a massive warp from where the letter E is.
Position 4 shows the second ROGUE marking is completely missing.

And lastly, the marking (20kg/45lbs) is missing from all 4.

The average garbage man is stronger than him, even the females.

Honestly, this is all speculative dumdum shit.

Hegseth is 1% fit for a politician. Sure, we all hate this zioslave judeo-christian crusader piece of larpshit but he isn't a flabby fag, for his age.
Looking like shit in the gym says nothing. Most guys who train seriously look like shit at the end of their workouts because destroying yourself is pretty popular (as opposed to doing a strength workout where you end on a high note).

When I'm doing hundreds of burpees my form isn't spectacular during my last reps. 60kgs on the bench is warmup territory for me, but Hegseth might rep out with a last pump set after pushing serious weights to failure, who knows.
Maybe he was boozing, coking and whoring around in the Kennedy suite the night before? In which case I hope he got AIDS (the worst strain).
>>
>>536912982
Thanks. I couldn't tell if it was just a difference caused by rotation and I didn't know the thing is supposed to have markings.
He's fucking pathetic. A true Christian would never choose prideful deCeption. His Cross of Jerusalem is clearly for show.

Seething Yuropoors and 3rd worlders mirin the US Secretary of War whilst their own Defense Ministers are either women or marxist DYEL bureaucrat faggots that have never lifted a day in their life.

LMAO
>>
>>536913278
I thought it might be natural rotation as well, but it's so easy to find bench videos and see that it doesn't move on descent or ascent and does not move an entire 15° when re-racked, like it shows between position 1 and 3. Just a bunch of jewish actors in the White House.
>>
>>536912570
What are you talking about? that's not in this video
>>
>>536913557
It's the other version where he "benches" "315"
>>
He tried to keep up with Trumps diet lol little Timmy doesnt have the high test needed to sustain that.

I just found some videos contrary to my little thesis here.

>>536912653
You'd be surprised how many people can actually bench 60kg. It's way, way less than you think.
>>
americans voted for that? holy fuck
>>
>>536912530
How hard is it to bench 40kg? Iam 60 kg lanklet who never set foot in a gym before
>>
>>536912530
Holy shit that guy is weaker than a girl. Wrists buckling under 20lb weights. The "strength" of the US military lmao.
>>

>How hard is it to bench 40kg? Iam 60 kg lanklet who never set foot in a gym before
I can tell, since he's lifting 60kg not 40
>>
>>536912530
>Old white guy with desk job can't lift like a young fit soldier
Shills think the reader lacks common sense. They are right about many of you faggots
>>
>>536915062
40 is not that difficult, 60 will take a little effort since it’s 1x your bodyweight
both readily achievable if you actually consistently go and stick to a routine, tracking your lifts etc
i never got gigachad strength but i went from being a lanklet fully unable to lift the bar safely to benching 65 for 5. never broke that 70 psychological barrier but i never took it seriously or tried bulking
>>
>>536912530
Fake muscles
>>
>>536917520
He probably weighs 90kg
>>
>>536917724
to be fair when i went to the gym it was astounding to me how many people were cheating on bench by arching their back and squats by going nowhere near parallel

and i’ve always hated the gay BDSM belt everyone wears for deadlift/squat etc. it’s like, faggot, if you need that belt on to do the lift you can’t actually lift that weight safely

It's basically nothing but as I explained, it could just be an all-out so-called drop set, where you go full retard, lowering weights as you continue to rep out pretty much without break.

The question
>is x a lot of weight?
is usually something rank beginners obsess over who haven't even grown into their skeletal frame.

For bench, we have good metrics.
The first milestone is to bench your bodyweight. An average young men who's filled out should be able to bench his bw inside of 12 months with relative ease, if he trains smart and hard 2-3/week. The more talent you have, the faster you will make it. It's rare to see someone benching his own bw the first time he tries.
The big hurdle for most (not powerlifters though) is double bw or 4 plates (180kg / 400lbs). If you're not talented and/or not specifically training like a powerlifter then you will probably, like so many others, fail at this quest.

I'm not a big lifter, but 40kg is not even a proper warmup for me. It's girl weights.
>>
>>536917896
>cheating
it's not cheating, it's a specific technique. Doesn't mean it's worse or better, it depends on what
>your sport allows
>you're after, eg stronger triceps or teats

Same thing with the squat. The quarter squat is a great exercise, better than heavy ATG squats which are mostly a meme you shouldn't take seriously.
>>
>>536917896
Yes I agree I have been weight lifting over 20 years so I'm actually pretty strong but I'm pretty sensible about it. Doing it properly and having shorter breaks.

Hegseth is weak and phony but that's not the worst workout, if he hit failure then got exhausted on later sets that's actually good training even if it looks shit

He deserves some respect after that swimming stunt.
>>
>>536912653
Fr fr I haven’t benched press in over 10 years and I could bust out 10 reps of lmao 1 plate easy. Well maybe not easy but easier than Hegseth.
>>
>>536918207
Yeah if he was doing some military destroy your body shit workout where he did like 100 push ups or some shit before the bench it would make sense that he struggled here.

This, he got a shitty technique
>>
>>536918314
He didn't even know where to put his feet.
>>
>>536918314
If those arent fake plates then he is probably a stronger bencher than most of them, which is kinda weird given his build.
>>
>>536912530
what a jester
>>536913153
Why do you need to be able to lift heavy weights? you wanna be a construction worker in the future? Hegseth tattooed Yahveh in Hebrew on his body and in an interview said it means Jesus. It's better to educate yourself than spend your energy trying to gain 1/10th of a gorilla's strength for no reason whatsoever.
>>
>>536918400
the fucking pelvis thrust
looks like hesbbeing fucked by the bench
>>
>>536918394
I cannot do overhead squats. I've tried hard for years but my proportions simply don't work for this sport. Splits I can do fine, it's not a question of flexibility per so.
A friend who's not been into sports for 20+ years could do em first time he tried.
>"Whatze problems?"

Different people, different bodies.
Germany's most well known general strength athlete is probably Leonidas Arkona (squats 400kg/880lbs RAW). He's build to squat and IIRC he managed around 160kg the first time he ever tried.
>>
>>536918492
Everything you said was dumb and you should feel sorry for being willfully stupid.
We must develop our bodies, for one.
Health and longevity is #2. Don't glorify being an Untermensch.
Gorillas aren't superman, this is a jewish myth.
Strength has numerous advantages, I don't get into so much trouble and men respect me more subconsciously. Women find it more attractive.
I've been rather light when I was 20 years of age, around 65 kilos. Thirty kilos heavier, the difference is night and day.
>>
>>536912530
I thought this guy can bench press 315 pounds?
>>
>>536918085
180kg bench is an insane weight that 99% of people will never ever hit. 100kg is already a huge hurdle even most active gym goers have problems with, and you are almost doubling that.
