The first 2 years of college should be general studies and then you should have to pass a proctored exam to get into specific academic programs that are 2-4 years in length. Of course literally no niggers or poos could pass a STEM exam so this will never happen.

And then, when they arrive in university, they can enter their specific program, and waste no more time with broad education.
