The power outages in Washington D.C. corresponded with the arrival of what I can only confirm as extradimensional, human or human-like beings which are now in contact with the President. This is all I know. I don't know what will happen next, but currently there is a secret conference being held between the G7 and major NATO countries on what is unfolding. A non-disclosure decision has been made and the rumor is they are planning nationwide rolling blackouts to distract and limit the spread of information to keep this hidden.
