Why don't most American parks have pullup bars? My elementary school took them out in the late 90s.

I don’t know man. Johnson City TN hasn’t removed its monkey bars. Flagstaff AZ not only kept the jungle gym but has added a rock wall. Maybe you’re just in the wrong America

Probably because we used them to swing kick each other in the head in the 80s. Could also do that with monkey bars and swings. Merry go rounds were more balls level contact.
