And most people slept on that because it was generally a restructure of data the state already held, the fact China now has access to it, and that your children can never avoid providing it is not immediately apparent.And the final step is where a trust score is assigned to everyone, a social credit score, so rich people can be trusted to watch child porn for educational purposes, and we can be denied use of elevators, public toilets, our work car park.

I know this because I'm in security and these are principles everyone understands, nothing about this was new it was just more extreme.For example when you go through a metal detector 80% of positives will be false, like a sniffer dog it only exists as a pretext for random searches.
