For Muslims, even the most serious disabilities are something that the Muslim needs to have patience upon and accept Allah's will. A Muslim must never shout, scream or get angry at being in a position where they are caring for a disabled child or relative. And abortion is a reprehensible sin in Islam and generally is not permissible. For Muslims, having a disabled child is just as normal as having a non-disabled child.
