A lot of people here claim to fake employment in order to show experience on resumes..But this only works in the US since in Europe typically employers are registered at the state revenue service and if you were working at a fake company but you were never registered with the revenue service, everyone will jus think you were employed illegally.What is the answer to this problem for non-Americans?

It also happens at some jobs here, they can run something similar to a credit report on your work history. They are performed by credit bureaus. I looked mine up, a report called the work number. Turns out one of my former employers registered me as fired without telling me even though I quit
