First it looks like the company suddenly make a lot more profits. Then in a few years as it turns out pajeets can't code, company's software slowly deteriorates and goes to shit. And then there's a collapse , customers mass live to competitors.

I now IP range ban Microsoft Azure "cloud" servers , for the same reason. Several of them are directly in India, when you do IP whois searches. Which I also IP Range ban - the whole India. Once you IP range ban Pakistan, India, and these clouds, you cut spam, hacks and bots that hit your server by 95%.
