you can't just suddenly say "this thing that was legal for decades is suddenly illegal so everyone who violated it in that timeframe is now a criminal", that's ridiculous and has dire implications for AI going over your social media shit 30 years from now and declaring shit currently legal in violation of future law

Are you new to the world?
This has been a thing in law for centuries.

Never heard of statute of limitations? Many "crimes" have none, only a few "expire".

Media's doing their best to ignore this. It's pretty much a blacklisted topic right now.

Means there's a good chance it will succeed. If it was probably going to fail they'd already be writing triumphant articles celebrating the browning of America. But it's radio silence. Crickets and tumbleweeds.
>>
>>537020978
can't argue with this logic since you're right; in the Trump era if it was going to fail or going nowhere, the media would be fearmongering the shit out of it
>>
>>537021772
You get a sense of these things after a while. For example, the media stopped covering the indictment of Fauci's top aide. Means the guy is guilty as Karmelo. If he was going to get off Scot-free the media would be all over it Orange Man Badding already. As you say.

Interesting
>>
>>537021945
Not how it works hernandez
Even assuming Democrats take the House, the Senate, and the Presidency they only have two methods of overturning a SCOTUS ruling on Clause 1 of the 14th Amendment
1: They pack the court and issue a new opinion that overwrites the previous one.
2: A constitutional amendment which requires at least 38 out of 50 states being full on board with the amendment which is never going to happen.

Reminder that ACB will vote in the Trump Administrations favor. How do I know this? Because a week ago someone tried to assassinate ACB by "swatting" her house, the 911 call is still heavily censored and they are refusing to release it. The only reason someone would want to do this to ACB is if she was going to vote in favor of the Trump Administration on a major case on the docket, and the only case left that is world changing is Trump v. >>537023892
June 30th is the final day for the Spring Session Docket which Trump v. Barbara is part of, it's the "target date" which is sort of a soft deadline that SCOTUS imposes on themselves to get through the cases they have accepted on their docket for that session.

It is not guaranteed that the majority opinion will be released by June 30th, but it is highly likely.
>>
>>537023963
It looks like trump is trying to end the rule of law.
But if laws stop making sense and every law can be broken by everyone including the government all the time, then shouldn't stocks crash?
People usually don't invest in places without strong laws and rights. If you lose all your rights you can lose your property too, and then people stop investing in places where they can lose it. It's the same reason people don't invest in countries where property is regularly seized.

By the way

The entire purpose of the world cup being hosted in the US is to lure as many turd world brown mexcrement/mudslimes to these games so they can get their pictures taken by the vast array of cameras at the stadium.

Pictures of their faces are then fed into a giant facial recognition AI engine, which is then used as a training dataset for the facial recognition system that is coming to the US (China can't be number #1 in this anymore). Once they're done stinking up the stadium with their foul odor (which will coincide with the supreme court decision) the animals will be deported en masse.

>>537023361
That is a good joke. Did you know that the Chinese government also has a "free speech" clause in their glorious constitution.
>>
>>537023999
If that were true they wouldn't be taking this long to release their majority opinion and the media would be talking about this 24/7 as it would mean the permanent and irreversible browning of America forever which is something the Media would love to talk about 24/7 as a win.

>>
>>537024038
>You don't go to jail if your citizenship is revoked.
technically you do, since part of the illegal issue is that private prison lobbies had legislators do away with the U-turn deportations that used to happen, so all illegals that get picked up have to have a hearing before deportation, meaning the system would get backed up and they'd sit in private prison facilities on the government dime until the hearing
that's how retroactive citizenship revoking would most like work as well, have to figure out too where to even send them, etc
fucking clusterfuck that's a practically unenforcable nightmare

Also a reminder that Larry Fink supports the Trump Administrations arguments and has done a complete 180 in the last 3 - 4 years on mass immigration. Larry Fink now supports SHRINKING POPULATIONS because he believes it is better long term since AI became the next privately funded Manhattan Project in 2021.
>>
>fucking clusterfuck that's a practically unenforcable nightmare
look at how people were reacting to the ICE shit
this would mostly be going to people's homes and snatching them, people who in many cases lived here for decades, completely legal far as they and their neighbors knew
you'd be catching a bunch of people with spotless records up in this
many of those arguably way more of a boon to their communities than legal shitheads staying

Labor is politically insolvent now. Capitalism won. The stinky brown masses aren't needed anymore, they've worked their hardest and it's now time for them to go back.

The fruit fields CAN pick themselves. This is also why we don't need niggers anymore. We can finally have a whites-only society that is 100% capital and 0% labor. A purely white-collar economy.
