pretty much any trivial task these days requires interacting with some imaginary human-made system

i'd estimate most of humanity is ~95% trapped in imaginary systems and only ~5% in actual reality

an example, building a house, most places in our current world:
0. plan
1. first get a job to earn imaginary money because nothing is free
2. attain a piece of "your" land but it's not really yours until the state says so
3. beg for zoning approval, building permits, environmental impact studies and utility hookups
4. navigate banks, loans, insurance, inspections and endless imaginary fees/taxes
5. hire licensed contractors, pay for code compliance, union rules and digital paperwork
6. wait months or years while bureaucrats decide if you can even start
7. finally build, but under constant oversight and threat of fines or shutdown

same example from a world without them, assuming people in general are nice and can organize even better without them:
0. plan
1. find a nice piece of land
2. hit up a few people willing to help u build
3. go get the building materials from a warehouse
4. build the house

same pattern repeats for starting a business, buying food, traveling, raising kids, every damn thing... money, laws, credentials, digital ids, compliance: all make-believe constructs that own you

does this shit actually benefit us or does it just add endless friction and control?

are people really that retarded they need the nanny state to wipe their ass for every decision?

OP is right and you should be put to death for being such a faggot. see how that works? no laws needed, problems instead self-correct or are corrected by the larger community collectively and decisively.

indeed but why require imagining a bunch of nonsense needing to jump through endless hoops for any trivial task

the inefficiencies are absurd

Almost all of human activity is interaction with 'imaginary' systems. The only things which objectively exist are space/ time, matter / energy and the fundamental forces (gravity, nuclear attracting force etc.); everything else is just us catagorising things inside our own heads so we can make sense of the world.

You're right, the extent of State-enforced constructs and regulations into private life is astounding.
Even compared to 50 years ago, we are controlled and hampered to an obscene degree.
>>
>>537045153
Perhaps I should elaborate; my point is that the real distinction is not between 'imaginary' and 'real' systems, but between useful and not useful ones.

it benefits people who have self control and don't squeeze out kids without the means to provide for them.

Even your barbaric countries worked just fine without all that crap
Societies built with care can self-regulate. Nobody, NOBODY needs a satanic jewish control system designed to vaccum all profits to the secret oligarchs. Look at this small town example:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ken_McElroy
>He was struck by bullets from at least two different firearms, in front of a crowd of people estimated as numbering between 30 and 46.[3] Despite the many witnesses, nobody came forward to say who shot him. As of 2026, no one has been charged in connection with McElroy's death.[3]

The fact that you can't even build a house on your property without state permission and increased property taxes is already proof things have gone way too far, this shit must end or we won't even be human beings anymore soon. Even ants can establish a new ant mound without begging the ant leader.

Yes, institutions exist to moderate and restrict human behavior in attempts to limit transaction costs and bad behavior. These are not imaginary, but simply human constructs made to govern interaction and maintain standards. If there is a curvy winding road in your town where people regularly die in crashes due to high speeds, then the local government will assuredly implement a speed limit. This „imaginary“ speed upper bound is there to prevent unnecessary death because too many people drive faster than is prudent. Now, imagine that there are these roads everywhere in a country and they are particularly dangerous for commercial drivers unless they have certain learned driving skills; a danger to themselves and others. The creation of curvy winding road commercial drivers certification will likely be implemented. So, in this scenario:
>I want to become a commercial driver
>Get commercial license
>Oh no, I also need this expensive extra training for a windy road certification to drive in the majority of places in this country
>Evil imaginary rules!!!!

Built to code is the same bullshit as milspec. It's the bare minimum they can overcharge you for. It's why housing is absolute shit. It's already moving from chipboard/OSB to foam and MDF. Jeets will build a shanty out of their own shit for sure, but what White would? Over regulation, and the jews behind it, have killed just about every bit of competition and creativity in the West.

The laws were developed AS the fucking self-correction.

You people are morons. 'Hurr why cant we just build things'

Because you stupid fuck, we did this. And after the 10,000th time that people went to visit someone, or conduct business in a building, only for it to collapse and kill everyone who had no idea the builders were fucking retards, we decided maybe some laws are needed.

You know who didn't have building laws? The dumb yard apes of Haiti, who then all got turned into jelly-paste at the first real earthquake.

So congrats, you have all the critical-thinking skill of a haiti nigger.

looks like improvements have been made at the chuckle factory. imagine being such a cockless faggot to need permission to secede from tyranny.

>please sir, can I please walk away from getting raped in every hole?
>please sir, can we have a revolution to depose you?

you don't get a right or a permission to secede to fucking dimwit, you just do it. how fucking stupid would a control system be to grant the "right" for individuals to secede?

All building code stems from fire or support issues in public/commercial structures that try to cut every corner. Residential construction has only gotten worse with the amount of builder nons and monopoly materials.
