Billions of USD in Digital or paper money shipped overseas to Ukraine which is for the most part spent into weapons, equipment, supply lines, logistics, materials, 99% of which is left as debris or piles of trash in a combat zone, doesn't cause inflation in the country that emitted those dollars, because there is no person from overseas with that money in hand, bidding up the prices of goods and or services in the USA. So the blanket statement that spending trillions so that Ukraine can hold the line against Russia causes inflation, is not correct, if anything that money is net neutral on inflation or might be argued to reduce inflation if you can say 99 of every 100 dollars is physically destroyed and the remaining one dollar stays in Europe to bid up prices in and around Euriopa, in which case that remaining dollar creates goods and services demand for dollars overseas, making the neighbor of that remaining dollar want another, by trading labor and goods services for another, creating a net draw on the USA, which again, reduces inflation by making more people bidding labor to uptake dollars, causing prices to fall.
