Literally no one in my past several jobs knew how to use excel. Every one of my peers would write a number out in a cell, pull their phone out to open the calculator, type in values, then peck in the number in another cell. Forget having them use nested functions, pivots, power query, or VBA. These people were genuinely tech retarded, and many of them are 20s-30s. They have no excuse for being tech illiterate, but that’s what DEI gets you.

These are the people corporations choose to hire over intelligent young men desperate for a chance to prove themselves. Oh forgot to mention of the last two jobs I’ve had, both departments were over 90% women. Me and the one other dude who also had to pretend to be LGBTQ related did easily 90% of the work in a 30 person dept.
