I honestly do respect garbage men. Having reliable garbage removal is what separates us from the third world. I don't think people who haven't been out of their nice first world country respect it enough. In poor thirdie countries trash just piles up all over the place and no one ever does anything about it. Even in beautiful tropical countries. They just litter and don't give a fuck. You wanna see a city on the brink of collapse? Go visit Chicago or New York 3 or 4 weeks into a garbage men strike. You'll see how important those guys are then. It's a nasty dirty job and they deserve good pay and respect for keeping our cities and towns clean.
White societies heavily depend on modern day man made products and services such as trash collection, toilet paper, utensils etc. (and cars too if you're american white). A little disruption and their entire society collapses

Working with stoners is annoying when you don't smoke yourself. I like to start work as early as possible to get home as early as possible. I don't enjoy socializing with coworkers that have tattoos, talk like niggers, and are dating shitskins, which seems to be pretty much every blue collar white under 30. I don't live in the South. Garbage doesn't bother me, just clean your car when you get home and then shower right away. I'll miss some of the costumers but a lot of them are a pain in the ass during the holidays.
