I really don't get why anyone still gets on helicopters. If anything fails it's over. At least a plane has a chance to do a ground/water landing by gliding or survive an engine failure.
His pilot was a commercial pilot, and the other pilot was a private pilot. I would lean towards the private pilot being at fault. Both helicopters left from different airports so I don't think they were together until they smacked and tumbled.
