In the 1980s I was a regular at Pizza Hutt. I ate at one a few years ago at lunch time and I was the only customer there. I ordered the buffet and it was just a cringy, awkward experience.

pretty sad the decline of pizza hut.While far from being a regular myself the pizza quality is worse than theand the service at my local one was poor. And I think after the 2010s took a heavy decline on the west side of the globe.

They put more vegetables on their supreme pizza than you'd get in a salad, and it was actually relatively fresh or at least the red onions were.They also cooked it in real fat, such a fatty pizza, the "pan pizza" noted for being cooked in a pan you see, had a nice layer of sizzly browned bread that was about 50% fat around the crust. The whole crust was actually food, not just a handle like others like little ceasars. Further, the cheese was actual cheese, unlike dominoes who did not use real cheese even back then. In muh day, we could actually eat a pizza and maybe even a desert pizza (usually more of a tart, they just use the pizza dough and slap buttercrumble topping and apple pie filling on top.) and actually have a decently nutritous meal.Though Hungry Howies was pretty good too. Though this was thirty fucking years ago, this company should have died ages ago. I haven't touched it in well over a decade and even then it was due to being poor and the pizza being free.
