>Patients with complex, rare, or chronic illnesses now routinely read peer-reviewed literature, track their own biomarkers, and come to appointments highly informed.

>When an average or "midwit" doctor is confronted by a patient who knows more about a specific niche condition than they do, the default defense mechanism is to assert rank ("I went to medical school, you looked at Google") rather than engage in a collaborative scientific discussion. This reaction confirms the patient's suspicion that the doctor cares more about hierarchy than health.

Redpill of the day.

If they truly cared about keeping the population healthy, they would encourage their patients to search for medical information by themselves. But what they actually want is to monopolize their knowledge to keep sick people dependent on them, like a drug baron.

They want people to visit and the higher visitation volume, the more income they make. Especially in socialist countries like Latvia where most GP docs are paid from the government.

Honestly if we could get the keys to the medicine cabinet away from doctors the only doctors that would serve any function will be surgeons. Right now you still need a hall pass from a little white coated tyrant before you can get life-saving medication. I am 100% in favor of getting rid of all prescriptions for drugs. Drugs should no longer operate on a prescription system. They should be freely available.

a doctor was trained on metabolic pathways, anatomy, and physiology. normgroids just type shit into a search engine and try to line up symptoms without understanding any of it. it's the same phenomena where normgroids think they can fix a broken car problem by scanning codes and replacing parts as suggested by google. you might get lucky, but you might also be wasting money because you don't understand troubleshooting and differential diagnostics.

I became aware at a relatively young age that my doctor was leaving the room and flipping through medical reference guides based on the conversation we'd just had, then returning to tell me what she'd just read as though it was something she conjured from her experience. At that point I stopped having much respect for most doctors. The corona hoax some years later eliminated all of it.

The prescription system makes that difficult. People know their diagnosis for decades and can't receive treatment because doctors refuse to do it, while their condition worsens. All by design.

Went with my Uncle to the hospital recently because he developed these nasty looking large lumps on several parts of his body. Doc said he was pretty sure it was his cancer spreading (He had Stomach cancer). I insisted it wasn't because that makes no sense as the lumps appeared far too rapidly to be cancer spreading and that it doesn't make any sense. Turned out to be from a blood staph infection. Haven't been to the doctor or the dentist in years. Just brushing my teeth twice a day, low impact exercising a couple times a week and eating at least one helping of fruits or veggies daily has kept me relatively healthy. I'm 52 and lazy as fuck, girlfriend's 31, on disability and does nothing but play video games all day. So us doing minimal exercises twice a week, eating veggies / fruit once a day is about the most you'll get.

I'm a biologist. If I tried to say something fucking stupid like animals weren't comprised of cells or that destroying ecosystems doesn't hurt anything alive I would be rightly ridiculed. I have had doctors tell me that eggs and dairy are not complete protein, that's fucking middle school level knowledge, I've had them tell me that stress doesn't affect your hormones, that you should do sit-ups to fix diastasis recti - something you should NEVER do if you have that condition, doctors nearly killed one of my relatives who had obvious appendicitis. They just sent them home. After they came back vomiting they finally did something. Doctors fucking kill people with their incompetence. You have to draw the line somewhere. The human body insides are so convoluted that I wouldn't trust a modern medical school graduate at face value, knowing how low modern standards are. I see the body as this big whole, a big unified interacting system. Doctors probably see people like a car full of parts that are broken sometime.

For fuck's sake the best authorities on treating mental illness is just
>You're still crazy but we have all these pills to pacify you. So you're still crazy but not a menace anymore. Also you're retarded forever now so eat those fucking pills for the rest of your life.
And then when something inside you hurts they might as well be throwing guesses at a wall. Doctors can stitch you up and set a broken bone. Outside of like battle injuries, it's all your living habits and exposure to poisons that hamper one part of your body or another.

2. Women being able to google the DSM is one of the biggest mistakes of the 21st century. Normal behaviors are suddenly pathologized, selfishness and being a cunt is now suddenly pathologized as a disease they can't control
3. You're not the only patient with your condition that your doctor has ever met or treated.

The appeal to authority cope is one of the most frustrating ones. Most of the time the doctor is as clueless as you and also using google and chatGPT.
A smart person can fix all their medical problems as long as they have access to the drugs and tools. Doctors often are just for stupid people and only an obstacle for people with an IQ above 100
Doctors are the worst. At least someone who is a mechanic and studied cars and works with cars every day can admit they don't know something and if you know the answer from google they'll agree you are right. Doctors have an unearned ego.

Hospitals normally operate at 95% capacity, which is part of the reason you have a wait at the ER, because there are patients up for admission to the hospital who don't have a room to go to, but need to be monitored while they wait.

Recently we had a case where a child was given K - potassium instead of sodium chloride.
The child died instantly and it was impossible to save him because his heart literally got clogged with potassium so much that all the cells were disabled and no fluid exists that can quickly rinse out so much K from the system.

>Medical Students Studies indicate that narcissistic traits are relatively common among medical students, with adaptive narcissism prevalence estimated at 18.1% among interns and 29.33% exhibiting borderline traits in some cohorts. Men consistently score higher in narcissism than women, and higher levels of adaptive narcissism are often correlated with higher GPAs and academic resilience, though they may also link to increased stress. However, maladaptive narcissism (characterized by entitlement and difficulty accepting criticism) is a significant concern in residency selection, as it negatively predicts performance and interpersonal functioning. Recent research also highlights an inverse relationship between cognitive empathy and covert narcissism, particularly in students exposed to non-face-to-face learning environments.

Autistic people are thin-skinned and hate to be questioned by a normie.
Indians will not allow an attack on their izzat score.
Sometimes you meet a relatively normal white doctor (boomer age) because admission standards were much lower then. I don't remember that last time I've seen a real medical doctor. I just avoid the lot of them since I don't get health problems. I buy the cheapest health insurance since people shit themselves if you don't have health insurance. One day I might meet a medical doctor.

In Ohio doctors and nurses formed a coalition to fight AGAINST lower drug costs. That was my medical professional OJ moment. It only got worse from there.
>>
>>537193746
this is absolutely true. not only that, but unnecessary medical procedures are both very lucrative and very harmful, if not deadly. doctors know these procedures will only harm you and make them richer, and they do it anyways. to abuse your position and harm someone for personal gain, even once, is a horrible thing. but to make a career out of it requires a certain type of cold and callous mindset.
take this faggot here, >>537194507 just acting like nobody has ever had real concerns with doctors, and shitting out darvo (deny, attack, reverse victim and offender). this is exactly what we are talking about, and he does it right in our faces.

this is a great playlist from dr mcdougall, who talks a lot about this. for instance, bypass surgery never helps anyone. heart attacks are not caused by hardened arteries, but volatile plaques which erupt like a zit and gum up the works. bypass surgery results in something they call "pumphead", which is brain damage from the pressures being too high on the life support gear.
>Pump head, medically known as postperfusion syndrome, is a constellation of neurocognitive impairments that can occur after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. It is characterized by subtle symptoms including short-term memory loss, difficulty concentrating, confusion, and slower mental processing speed.

at the end of the day, doctors are in a lodge, a guild, which functions as a monopoly on medical services. these unelected people then set public policy on everything to do with their own profession. their loyalty is to their own union, and nothing else. they are out for themselves, and fuck everyone else.

>how do i get prescribed adderall?
I'll tell you how but you have to follow my instructions.
1. First off very important, see a Nurse practioner at the best reviewed and booked solid Psychiatrists office you can see. You will call and they will tell you booked for 3 months or whatever in advance, but you can see the Nurse Practitioner in a few weeks if the practice has one. These people have a very short amount of time to get a feel on you and take a treatment route.
2. Also paramount importance, you must fake and present symptoms of Bipolar Depression, while maintaining the history that you had previously sought treatment and tried Antidepressants twice before.
3. The nurse practitioner will prescribe you a mood stabilizer and tell you to take them for a month and come back. MAKE SURE TO FILL THIS ASAP, they can see what scripts were cashed and were not on their computers.
If its limotrigine which it should be mention how sleepy it made you the first week, and that you feel much better, haven't had a bout where you felt like crying or couldn't handle it.

They will then shove a pre filled out questionaire for ADD/ADHD, it doesn't matter what you circle at this point because this is just a legal formality, the nurse practitioner has already decided you need a daily hit of dopamine and Stimulants are the only tool in their toolbox to do so to make you feel less depressed at this point.
They will tend to offer Vyvanse first and if your insurer doesn't cover it then you have to come back and tell them that in another month. DO NOT CALL THEM AND ASK ABOUT IT WAIT THE MONTH.

Be careful with complaints in a hospital. Been to a neurological unit after a stroke like event and felt malpracticed and ended up reading the hospital reviews. One guy claimed he threatend to a complaint against the chief doctor and then got transferred to the mental ward section. Tied to a bed for two weeks or so until he got the message. He left the hospital and his general practioner threw the mental assessment straight into the trash. That shit was just the chief pulling favors with another doctor. If you do complaints you better have your own witnesses or rather someone on the outside who is willing to act on your behalf.

Unironically this is what I have had to do for years. Doctors are completely fucking useless and you can't access the drugs that they have locked away, so I've had to find various patchwork solutions to my health issues for decades. The Hippocratic oath is named after Hippocrates who formalized medicine. He had great intentions but he lived in the day where you were lucky if anyone was even pretending to be a doctor - 400 BC.
Anyways being a medical man in those times mean collecting plants. Opium, nightshade, that's the stuff. Deadly nightshade was "beautiful gift" for a reason. It kills in any moderate amount but a small enough dose allegedly induces pleasant hallucinations.
An ancient doctor was a real poison merchant and he basically had the power to murder anyone that came to him and get away with it. Some of them probably did too. Anyway the Hippocratic Oath has some odd tells in it
>To hold my teacher in this art equal to my own parents; to make him partner in my livelihood; when he is in need of money to share mine with him; to consider his family as my own brothers, and to teach them this art, if they want to learn it, without fee or indenture; to impart precept, oral instruction, and all other instruction to my own sons, the sons of my teacher, and to indentured pupils who have taken the Healer's oath, but to nobody else.
>Neither will I administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course. Similarly I will not give to a woman a pessary to cause abortion. But I will keep pure and holy both my life and my art. I will not use the knife, not even, verily, on sufferers from stone, but I will give place to such as are craftsmen therein.

nigger the primary role of every profession is to cover their ass and thats observing standard protocol regardless of it helping u or not because that gives them plausible deniability and with their medical debt and wasted years they will choose that every day. this is why you use doctors as technicians who will give you that magical piece of paper you need to get what u want, its up to u to be informed. they are not stupid at all, they are just doing what every regulated profession does
>>
>>537197323
>What I don't understand is how it's possible to be both a midwit and highly intelligent
there are three types of intelligence
procedural, crystallized, and critical
procedural intelligence is skill: someone who's spent tens of thousands of hours doing a technical task or sport can do it better than anyone and deal better with wild cards in the task
crystallized intelligence is book smarts: learn enough and people will think you're intelligent and you can recall a lot of shit
critical intelligence is actual intelligence, e.g. walking into a room and being able to immediately tell that there's going to be a fight and leaving or arguing with someone and being able to tell that they're bullshitting you because something doesn't pass the sniff test

most doctors absolutely do not have crystallized intelligence so when whatever's happening strays outside of their very narrow focus of learning, they just bullshit you that they know the answer because it's embarrassing to say "hmm. I don't know. This might take a while, we're going to have to do tests and a differential."

I intellectulize all of my problems because im autistic and couldn't understand what happened so I went into biology from mechanical engineering. I still love both. Finance doesn't interest me at all though im aware that it would have been a decent path. I wouldnt encourage anyone to be a doctor, id rather see the whole system implode. That said im going into private practice and starting a concierge soon because everyone is sick and tired of how mechanistic medicine is. And by design. We are required to do numbers as pay goes down, so people naturally get treated like cattle because thats how the system values them.

I routinely tell patients that i am not the doctor that will find the answer to their chronic problem. I routinely tell patients that i dont know the answer. And i am not afraid to tell a patient i havent heard of a specific drug or condition or that it is something i rarely encounter and so i would need to refresh myself.

For fucks sake i told a patient i was going to go watch a video before i did his urostomy (penile fracture (yes its real)) because i had never done one before and the urologist was drunk and not coming in. He asked me to watch it with me.

So not all of us care about hierarchy or think we know everything.

Here is something that you might not have thought of or realized: there are patients that expect you to know everything and have all the answers and wont take i dont know for answer. And there are a lot more of them than you might think.
>>
Most of the time patients don't know fucking anything. They have no way to actually test for things beyond very basic physical inspections, which isn't nearly informative enough for many different ailments. You're only getting a fraction of the diagnostics and therefore your diagnosis is based on incomplete information.

A good doctor will listen to what you report from your own examinations of your body, and then will seek to run diagnostic tests that you can't perform yourself or at your home, because you lack the equipment and knowledge to do them.
>>
>>537197365
Weirdly enough I reckon some of them are actually overthinking their jobs while unable to coming to simple elegant solutions. It's almost like they feel it's beneath them.

You do. The number of times I've been through an ER waiting two to four hours and then get back to the observation area and there's no fucking patients there is absurd. During Corona I called an ER and they straight up lied to me on the phone that the ER waiting room was full of a dozen people with Corona and that I shouldn't come. When I got there there was nobody in the waiting room and they took me within 5 minutes. When I got to the observation area which was a small weirdly shaped area so I could see every unit there were only three other people there other than me. Nobody there was there for Corona. I know because I could hear their conversations. One woman thought she had a miscarriage (she didn't), one guy had a broken femur and one was an old man. I don't remember what his issue was.

I used to work an EMT and sometimes I rode on a NICU/PICU rig with a nurse and respitory therapist, always rough.
One of worst ones related to that was on my normal rig though, picked up a dad whose baby died for 72 psych hold. I think they dosed him cause he was real quiet, just stared.

the plain truth is that YOU are totally willing to spend 32 hours over several days obsessively searching for a solution to your problem. Zero doctors will spend more than an hour and a half trying to figure out what's wrong with you. There is no reason to paywall 99% of medical shit behind an esoteric guild of retards unless you can enslave them until they solve your problem.

Exactly, it's called UpToDate, after the nurse sees you she relays your symptoms to the doctor, the doctor looks up the symptoms on UpToDate and comes up with a treatment plan. That's why you have the 10-20 minute wait between seeing the nurse, and then the doctor.

I once went to the doctor and only described one issue to the nurse, and when the doctor came in I described two issues I was having. Why can't I receive treatment for two issues in one appointment? Because it makes the doctor look bad and they don't have enough time to look everything up on UpToDate.

The bitch doctor was PISSED and told me to come back and reschedule another time because she wasn't prepared to treat two seperate issues at once.

Turn out docs can't think on their feet.

I have a story nobody will give a fuck about but I'll effort-post it, anyway.
> Be me, second child on the way
> Wife delivers her in the birth center, she comes out looking like a pallid alien, red blotchy skin, translucent-red eyebrows
> Holy shit, I think we made a ginger. What is this red mole looking thing on her eyelid?
> Months go by, full on ginger, red mole thing now looks like a bright red skin tag, it's growing.
> Take her to the doctor, doctor tells us, "it's a pediactric hemangeoma, there's nothing we can do and it will grow quite large. Take pictures now while she's cute"
> Research the hemangeoma online, realize it could cause her to lose vision and ruin her face with a disgusting tumor.
> Use my university library account to pull open research on pediactric hemangioma treatments.
> Find a trial on 2600 children using a topical beta blocker called Timolol with encouraging outcomes.
> Take my child to 3 different specialists who all punt to the next specialist. $700 later end up at a pediactric eye specialist, hand him a stack of printed medical trial papers and tell him about Timolol. He doesn't even read them and just says, "that's what I would do."
> start treating the hemangeoma with Timolol
> Fucking thing disappears completely within a week, vanishes.
> 8 years later there's still a half-full bottle of Timolol ointment in the medical cabinet.

Most modern doctors, especially women, are a fucking joke. Doctors need to make decisions, they need to devote themselves to hopeless causes, find cures and learn how to do surgery. The customer service aspect can be done by a computer now, real Medicine is a man's job.
>>
>>537194189
Surgeons are like mechanics who are handed a car and told EXACTLY what is wrong and already know how to fix it.

They don't diagnose anything.
>>
>>537197729
I think a lot of doctors are just not curious and the time constraints do not allow them to be. Its very algorithmic "standards of care." I am a hospital doctor so I get to decide how much time I spend thinking about people. Easy cases I just breeze past, more confounding ones ill sometimes think about for an hour or go read papers to figure out the path forward. Its enjoyable problem solving but the hours suck absolute dick. I would have checked your jaw probably. But my capacity to do something is limited, I am a medicine doctor not a maxillofacial surgeon. Mouth exams are not that common for doctors we are highly specialized elsewhere.

Another thing we are taught is resource stewardship. I couldnt care less I want the machine to die so it can rise again in some new form that is more pragmatic and doesnt focus so heavily on fixing the unfixable just because people are afraid to die.

>This seems like a ridiculous amount of BS.
>Go to your PCP and tell them you were diagnosed with ADHD with your previous doctor and prescribed Adderall but you don't remember how much.
If your PCP is cool with prescribing amphetamines sure give it a shot (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DOCTORS NAME, AND LOCATION WHO GAVE YOU ADDY BEFORE), but most of them that are even cool with prescribing them will just give you Dextroamphetamine.
Most of the time the doctor will bullshit you with things like, "You need better sleep" or they will flat out tell you to see a psychiatrist for that.
Regardless worth a shot I guess, but don't go PCP doctor shopping for fucking adderall if they say no.

Nice bait. But every person out there with more than 2 braib cells can figure out what happened to their sink. People also don't need a prescription from a plumber to go and buy chemicals to disolve the clogging. Plumber is more of a surgeon who just fixes it. And yea, most people could fix it themselves. It's just time consuming to watch videos on how to do it and buying tools is more expensive than hiring a plumber.

Because jewy doctors pushed for the artificial limits to avoid a labor surplus, eliminate cheaper options like some combat medic returning home and opening a small practice in their community to handle basic medical problems, and ensure their pay stayed high, and now that same artificial limit is being used to fuck them about a century later, because it only applies to Americans educated in America. Many people also don't even know it exists.
>>
>>537196901
No it isn't. It's the total opposite of that. Doctors treat their work like a factory worker. They see a patient, they ignore everything they have to say, they order some tests (if they feel like it), the tests reveal nothing and then they say they don't know what's wrong with them go home or they misdiagnose them and give them the wrong drug. That's literally the norm for doctors in America and it sounds like increasingly other countries too. Doctors don't actually make anyone healthier for the most part. In fact it's gotten so bad in this country the doctors are a bigger threat than they are aid to the population. Listen to all the cocky cop talk coming from doctors in this thread. Doctors should just be executed at this point.

Veterinarian are not doctors. Very few of them can be trusted. Granted most of their work requires them to be incredibly astute at the physical exam and inference. Unfortunately because people don't want to spend money on testing they are working in an information poor environment despite having the test available most people don't want to pay for it. That you were able to do that, and they were willing to work with you is excellent. But you are not most people. Glad to hear your animal is doing well.

What I always wondered with the COVID shots and didn't get any explanation with is how they administered those in the first place. I have some vague memory what you're supposed to pump the syringe a little to see if you might his a blood vessel, but on video they just kept jamming the needles in and done. Even with Biden. Apparently if you do hit a blood vessel that might exactly cause the type of side effects some people been complaining about.

Other unrelated story. Was sitting in the ER once at a saturday night and noticed there were all these folks entering the hospital lobby vanish for a bit and then leave again. Turns out those were just regular ass people taking a shit/piss or such. Meanwhile the toilet room was just a regular door with a knob and presumably not of those fuckers been washing their hands either, given how they walked straight past the hygiene station at the entrance of the hospital.

Those people must've been spreading all kinds of diseases through the city, or so I imagine at least. But nobody cares. Don't believe they even think about this. That dumb broad at the reception sits there all day and she never once thought who are all these weirdos and bums coming and going seemingly randomly. During a fucking pandemic.

The reason it's so difficult to become a surgeon is because they actually don't know exactly what is wrong and how to fix it, in a lot of cases. Extracting an appendix is fairly routine but if it ruptures it's a fucking nightmare. I assisted an emergency surgery removing what a doctor diagnosed as an encysted abscess that was left to fester on this dude from the prison's taint. Turns out the abscess was caused by a fucking tumor growing out of his pelvis and the surgeon ended up removing enough gooch tissue to make a neovagina. Grossest thing I've ever smelled and I literally ate Surstromming yesterday.

This idea is retarded. You have no idea how stupid people actually are. How many boomers would be taking IV antibiotics every time they got a sore throat, or the number of drug seekers who would be taking a cocktail of gabapentin, kolonopin, and methadone every day. It needs to be gatekept but I think a pharmacist should decide the medication and dose, and a NP or PRN could diagnose problems and prescribe treatment plans. Doctors should mostly be focused on hopeless cases, research, and surgery.

Just giving it to the public would work for the upper quartile of intelligence within society, but you have to remember we are utterly captive to retardation of the lower quartile.

Every guy who repairs washing machines or such has some basic approach he does every time no matter what people say. Like looking if the thing has power and so on. What is the life of a lost one? Something like a dream, like a television show that doesn't end, and you're a character in it, just sitting, and watching, passively, as things just happen to you. "Sheeple" became a meme but they are sleepwalkers. If someone is dumb and addicted to anything (from caffeine to weed to sleeping pills), then just assume there are no lights on inside, so to speak. Plenty of sharp people are awake and all there in the head but even these sharp people probably don't know about the Cthulhu cult. The minds of the unawares are taken into the glow, then the glow propagates itself more from the cultists. Why can't I receive treatment for two issues in one appointment? Because a) compensation is low and doctors make money on volume now, not by sitting and talking about your 30 problems. You have to keep in mind that vaccines are what you would call population medicine. Population medicine does not account for the individual. The Assumption with the vaccine schedule is that these doctors may never see you again and so they want to get as much in as possible. From an individual standpoint that is not a reasonable way to give vaccines. You want to take them maybe one or two at a time, and space them out over time. Vaccines are the reason most of us are alive and made it past childhood. However slamming them into children is probably not the right thing for the child individually, however it is correct for the population. I'm not accounting for extraneous stuff like HPV or hepatitis b. There are definitely some vaccines that do not need to be taken until later in life, or very specific to occupational risk that I don't understand why children would ever need.

i rarely go to doctors, but my son went recently for his 3 year check up. the doctor hates us because we don't do vaccines. everything was fine but she (woman doctor) was concerned because he wasn't circumsized and his foreskin doesn't pull all the way back. she wanted to try and force it back and i said no. she then recommended we get him circumsized and tried to give us a urologist recommendation. she kept making me out to be a bad parent so i was pissed and immediately AI checked her and found she was 100% wrong about everything she said. later the next day she called me and basically said "nevermind, actually about 10% of 3 year olds foreskin doesn't fully retract" which she also fucking got wrong (it's 90% she read the stat backwards). im never going to another doctor unless i need surgery. i can AI myself and order blood tests without a doc.

My favorite part about doctors is how they believe that they're never wrong even when they're killing people at phenomenal levels. It's kind of impressive that level of sociopathy. Why anyone has ever believed that someone else's life should be in the hands of that kind of a criminal is beyond me. But then again that's how our entire world operates right now since it's ruled by devil worshipers.

My doctor sent me to a specialist that I knew would not help me because I had been down that route before. My issue is not related to what they keep trying to fix which is a symptom of of the underlining issue. I went anyways and predicted even what tests that would be ran to the nurse because I have been through all this before and she laughed about it afterwards. I let him try a few things and after three appointments I stopped going. Anyways, I go back to my primary care doctor for a routine checkup and she makes the comment that she is not happy with me denying medical treatment from the specialist she sent me to.

News outlets might run big corrections (an enormous apology really) if they have gotten shit wrong because of a employee was telling them total bullshit the whole time. But that's not a guaranteed figure.
Remember the whole pizzagate shitshow? There was one guy that got away with running the story (Ben Swann) because his boss had a brain fart. Anyway he told people the facts like a good journalist and so everyone here should know that pizzagate was never even officially investigated. At least Epstein was officially investigated even though the Department of Justice and Trump did basically everything they could to keep the lid closed tightly as possible. And there's the psychic vampires, most people that know about them are too afraid to talk about it, since they'll be sent to the mental hospital.

I dont disagree that clean water and sanitation did a significant amount of heavy lifting. You would be hard pressed to say that vaccines arent mostly worth the risk profile. Most of the older generation vaccines are quite safe. I agree that there are limitations, and a lot of child hood diseases are overblown in their severity. For sure things like the flu vaccine are pushed to keep "workers working" but when the ratio of children harmed by vaccines is lower than that harmed by a widespread disease the numbers can be rationalized from an institutional perspective. It depends on your view of human life, and ill agree also that medicines curren perspective of keeping everyone alive whether they are fit or not is misguided, but thats what is driving those decisions. People will think you are a monster if you dont try to save everyone, even if its just saving them so they can endure more suffering later.

The U.S. Court system ruled autism is caused by vaccines.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/family-to-receive-15m-plus-in-first-ever-vaccine-autism-court-award/

Family to Receive $1.5M+ in First-Ever Vaccine-Autism Court Award

September 10, 2010

"The first court award in a vaccine-autism claim is a big one. CBS News has learned the family of Hannah Poling will receive more than$1.5 million dollars for her life care; lost earnings; and pain and suffering for the first year alone.

In addition to the first year, the family will receive more than $500,000 per year to pay for Hannah's care. Those familiar with the case believe the compensation could easily amount to $20 million over the child's lifetime.

Hannah was described as normal, happy and precocious in her first 18 months.

Then, in July 2000, she was vaccinated against nine diseases in one doctor's visit: measles, mumps, rubella, polio, varicella, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, and Haemophilus influenzae. Afterward, her health declined rapidly.

She developed high fevers, stopped eating, didn't respond when spoken to, began showing signs of autism, and began having screaming fits. In 2002, Hannah's parents filed an autism claim in federal vaccine court. Five years later, the government settled the case before trial and had it sealed. It's taken more than two years for both sides to agree on how much Hannah will be compensated for her injuries."

United States Court of Federal Claims, United States Court of Special Claims, Office of Special Masters, October 2002 to July 2010 case of Hannah Poling v. Secretary of Health and Human Services overseen by Special Master Patricia E. Campbell-Smith for the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program

There is such a thing as weak genetics. These children would have been killed off by one thing or another. Again vaccines are population level medicine which does not take into account the experience of the individual. If 1000 people would die ir be harmed from measles, and only 100 would be harmed by a vaccine it will be rationalized by tptb. Im not rationalizing mass vaccination per se, and even my own child has minimal vaccines and they were spaced out significantly. I have personal experience with unvaccinated patients dying horrible and premature deaths from preventable diseases so I am of the opinion that some vaccines have a positive effect but its certainly not all of them. People with copd should probably get pneumococcal vaccines, fat diabetics with heart problems who smoke and are over 65 might actually benefit from covid because thats the primary risk groups. Vaccine schedules however are not highly individualized until later adulthood when people start picking up comorbidities.

the most detail that I'll provide is that I've done some high impact research amont other things into proving that the genesis of coronary artery disease doesn't start with high cholesterol or fat, but the first stage is mediated by flow-dependent changes in the endothelium. We did computational fluid dynamics on both normal and stenosed coronary arteries, then confocal microscopy with fluorescent staining for VE-Cadherin, P120, and a couple of other targets that showed that under anything other than normal physiologic shear stress, the endothelial tight junction becomes dysfunctional and orientation of the endothelial cells becomes either disorganized or perpendicular to flow rather than parallel
the first hit for CAD is having shitty genetics which create a localized inflammatory response through ICAM and VCAM, while letting blood products into the tunica intima and media that start causing problems that macrophages and monocytes have to track down.

I dont advocate the Pfizer technology personally though I think there are probably risk groups who might benefit from it marginally.

And yes, from a stats perspective vaccines and medicine have side effect profiles, risk and reward is based on relative risk, risk reduction, and potential to harm. When risk outweighs potential harm by enough of a margin a treatment, vaccine, or surgery is considered the better option. Im not sure you could argue it differently other than where the cutoff point is.

Watch: VAXXED: FROM COVER-UP TO CATASTROPHE (2016) FULL DOCUMENTARY https://www.bitchute.com/video/nmsYeVNXJLXk/

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3De3GR_ITS4

This documentary covers Dr. William W. Thompson's involvement in the fraudulent CDC study "Age at first measles-mumps-rubella vaccination in children with autism and school-matched control subjects: a population-based study in metropolitan atlanta" Frank DeStefanoet al.Pediatrics.2004 Feb. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14754936/

Former senior scientist Dr. William W. Thompson was a coauthor on the CDC agency’s May 2001 to February 2004 study on the Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine and its link to autism. The study's original dataset revealed that African American children who received the MMR on time (between 12-15 months) were 2.64 times more likely to get an autism diagnosis than African American children who received the vaccine late (after 3 years of age). When only African American boys were surveyed within the original study the relative risk was 3.36 for developing autism if the boys were vaccinated according to CDC schedule.

Dr. William W. Thompson claims that CDC officials later changed the amount of African American children included in the study to reduce the statistical power of the relative risk until the results were no longer statistically significant among the data set of black children. This reduced the amount of total children included in the study from approximately 3,000 to approximately 1,800. Three age brackets were also merged to hide results. The age brackets of 19-23 months, 24-35 months, and 36+ months, were combined into 19-36+ months. Dr. Brian Hooker later exposed this data manipulation.

TL;DR The younger a child is vaccinated, the more likely they are to develop autism

I don't think anyone argued against the idea that getting cancer in 10 years is utterly irrelevant and moot for an 78 year old
the primary issue for the COVID vaccines was private workplaces AND the government terrorizing everyone and threatening to revoke their ability to put food on the table if you didn't get it
>Im not sure you could argue it differently other than where the cutoff point is.
the point that I'm making is that the therapeutic index and risk-benefit profile for acetaminophen is fucking terrible yet it's available OTC unsupervised

If I had to guess I would say you pulled a rotator cuff. It's super easy to do and the pain lasts a long time because it takes forever to heal. I think the clicking is just because you're moving your arm in a different way than you usually do. This happens to me sometimes when I'm lifting. I don't think it really means anything serious. But I could be wrong.

But does the cutoff threshold seem to be getting lower and lower? For example in the UK we have around 200 instances of meningitis B in infants per year. The menB vaccine has a 1/1000 chance of causing Kawasaki Disease. That is on their own vaccine manual. Tbh that doesn't sound like a great tradeoff to warrant giving that vaccine to kids
