If he were taxed at 10% of his net worth he would still be the richest person on Earth and it would raise enough money for the US government to pay Israel's defense budget for two years. If you own land, then you must pay taxes to the Pharaoh, but if you own all of the land you are the Pharaoh. Only taxing "capital gains" is stupid.
