I generally regard barbecue you can buy in a store as lower quality than what i make myself, but beaver does it pretty good, and they make it there. pretty sure they make their own jerky there too.they also pay their employees competitively and better than other franchises from what i understandif buccees went to war id follow that beaver into hell and back
