One of Polish national dishesGround pork chops with potatoes and one of the Polish national side dishes, the Polish fried beetroot (buraczki zasmażane)r8this is political as this is about the customs of the whitest nation that's still around
poles are as white as georgians or armenians. like... yeah, kind of, but what's the point if they are just jeets with slightly paler skin?

>>537242176no sauce? meat cakes are not our national dish, but can be considered one of them at least. lingon berries, a brown sauce usually made from cream and butter, and you can coat the potatoes with butter. your food looks dry
>pork
>>537242436Blue is usually one of my favourite flavours.
>>537242565the dill is how you can tell the poles are at least 50% russian
>>537242592I've had Scandi style lingonberry sauce. It's delicious when pairing it with meat for that sweet and savory taste!

>>537242176>r8What are the meatballs seasoned or stuffed with?If its just plain fried ground pork meatballs with salt and pepper it sound fairly meh. You could make them really good; but they should have a stuffing of some kind or at the very least some seasoning in the meat mixture.Potatoes are always fine, the beet salad sounds kind of weird. Personally I like my beets roasted so they get a little caramelized on the outside then buttered and lightly salted.
>>537242366What is this thing called? It can be a hit in my place
