Hybrid of Hardheads (Toku) & California Roaches as well as Hitches (Sa·li) for food purposes... Does /pol/ approve this Autism? I think the nice olive green of the Hardhead (Toku) in breeding season would go really well with the California Roach's (Sa·li) warm orange markings in breeding season!

why do you call your fish "roaches"

The California Roach was named after the European Roach, comes from an Old Saxon word meaning the rough ray of such Fish.

But the Native Patwin name for the California Roach is indeed Sa·li which also happens to be the Patwin name for the Hitch... This actually makes sense since they are each other's closest relatives, makes one wonder if the Patwin of old knew this!
