Went to a "career" fair in downtown ottawa at the ol' shaw centre and on the way there I saw mobs of drug addicts openly smoking meth and shooting up. I saw ditry mattresses strewn about on the sidewalks. Litter lined the streets and all the locals seemed oblivious to it. City life seems like a dystopian nightmare and this is the Capital City... Clean your shit up, it's embarrassing.
