Taiwan has been the top booming economy on earth for the last 3 years straight. Is this what it was like during the 80s in Japan?

Taiwan is the Island. The country is ROC.

There's no qualitative difference between man. The triumph of our neo-liberal economic system is exactly that. There's no difference between local and immigrant, they all contribute equally.

It's an extremely convenient place to live. Easy to get around. Taipei gets a bit dull if you live there long enough. Lots of dirty concrete buildings built to withstand earthquakes, and lots of mold. Not the most exciting place imo, but it's comfortable.

If they try to force you to work without proper safety equipment, just refuse. It's not worth your life.

This >>537252586 hits some of the points, but let's not forget that they also dump toxic chemicals into the food supply because those chemicals are cheaper than food-safe oils.

I have permanent kidney damage thanks to those fucking bastards. Also suffered two strokes due to the high blood pressure the kidney damage triggered. My life expectancy is negative at this point all because I went to Taiwan to work for a few years.
