If you're over 35, don't have 10 years experience in a field that pays you more than $70k minimum, a wife, and kid already, then it's over. That life is just not going to happen for 98% of you. I had all of this just before I turned 30 and always felt old and poor. If you're over 35 with nothing to show for it in America, then you're a fucking loser. That's the way it is, I don't make the rules. I personally think it's all bullshit. I have the job, wife, and kids, but I constantly feel like I could lose everything in an instant.
