Never been but I want to try and go one day with the gf, only Western Turki on the Aegean tho, I feel like the Eastern most parts of Turkey is when you get into the crazy muslim owned outskirt areas closer to the heart of the true middle eastern devils. Not a place I'd want to be just to experience the other side of the world.
I recently learned that Turkmenistan exists and think they should return there voluntarily so we can reclaim Constantinople without a bloody war.
