Alchol quitting you need benzos. Get a two week script and take them.Benzo tapering you need to reduce the amount you’re taking slowly little by little over a period of several months. You might need to speak to a trusted person to hold your meds so you’re not tempted.Cold turkey withdrawal for either is extremely shit and you can die so please do it safely. God bless you anon. Keep hydrated. Listen to soothing music. There is no easy answer. You are just gonna have suffering. You can do it. People have done it before. Get past 3 days and you will slowly get better. A few weeks and physical symptoms will be entirely gone.
