Dhaka is dirty only because so many more people are in Dhaka than it can hold at the moment. We also have high rate of road pavement, etc. We are richer than India and growing fast. India is stagnating because of Modi's populist politics not putting common sense solutions to 21st century problems first, but rather divisive politics.
