I don't think either side can really claim victory.The Iranian regime didn't get overthrown, which was the original goal of the US.Iran -has- vowed to not make nuclear weapons, which was the other goal of the US, however I don't know how exactly we're supposed to prevent them from doing so and, further, isn't being attacked a prime example of why you need nuclear weapons? On the flip side, we assassinated their leader and a significant number of their government officials. We also destroyed their navy and air force, air defenses, and a significant amount of their military capabilities.
