I am reading linkedin and this is just so cringe

HR roasties are driving along slave workforce guys who carry water jugs by hand (they don't have the cart) and telling with AI-generated posts on linkedin how great is the job..

lmfao

every building with service already has water delivered by pipes criss crossing the entire city. none of this is necessary. none of the office buildings doing work are doing anything meaningful either. it's all a form of this, a shell game of makework bullshit.

let's order water and make sure the accountant files the paperwork for the write-off and delivery and schedule the time so it auto subscribes to the update of the first quarter into the optimize the route of the pay structure

>If you boys want a little cheer today:
I ended the career of a 30 year HR director last year. She was set to retire at the end of 2025 and earlier in the year I was grievously harmed on the job, then they worked their ass off to hide responsibility, even forcing me back into the environment when my doctor asked for an accomodation request to work remote (was not an undue burden) -- it's a neuro issue and it's been a war. But she is now on the hook for Wrongful Term, Denial of Reasonable Accomodation, damages to my nervous system, mental anguish. I won't go into details on my injury, but by 8pm my life is a living hell and my nervous system wants me to die.

Anyways, I hold sacred the intense amount of work I had to do both medically and mentally to pursue this situation. I wonder how many fucking lives she's ruined after 30 years, to ruin hers on her final days? Absolutely wonderful.
>>
>>537349740
I got banned from the Latvia reddit forum and so did my wife. I think if we were just racist and hated jews in Latvian we'd get away with it.
>>
>>537349970
Ahh, forgot to mention. I'm pursuing criminal charges, i found proof (communicatgions and an invoice) that they withheld from me from a contractor, stating the equipment I was concerned about (that caused this) was defunct and out of code, imminently failing.

They withheld that report from me for 6 months. They claim it doesnt exist. They're fucked. They purposely and knowingly allowed me to continue to receive harm to my nervous system; at the threat of firing me. And yes, a fucking lowlife jew owns it. Saving a mere couple grand to ruin my life for-ev-ver,.

The roastie thing is a meme. It's a genetic lottery, some vagainas are like that.

Yet my sister has a big labia even when she was a virgin
Same as the "uncut dicks smell Thing
I am cut and mine smells in just two days of not showering while the dick of my father, who only showers once a week, never smells.

No, my nervous system can no longer "dump stressors" from a parasympathetic nervous state (aka relaxation) -- my nervous system only gets this with sleep, and it doesn't guarantee me any real relief. It's called Hyperacusis, I have a severe case of it due to exposure to low freq. noise for 5 years. This low freq. noise shook my vestibular system (imagine a non audible subwoofer effect), my brain, for so long that eventually I hit a "breaking point" (literally called that) and I had a seizure. Then over the course of a month developed this condition. So, the end result is an extreme sensitivity to noise, as my nervous system sustained a "collapse" and it rewired my brain to turn the volume on sound WAY up. I'm extra sensitive to low frequency noises, by 1-2 PM I can start to hear the 60hz noise of (American) electricity in our . If you want an idea of how turned up it is. I have a variety of othher effects, like trembling hands some days. It's also greatly impacted my memory, I forget what I'm talking about at times. There's no cure, there's no real fullproof way out. You can do Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside some others in an attempt to "rewire" your neural system.... literally mind over matter. Going to be a long journey.
>>

Beatufiul pic btw. I do photography and really enjoy that composition.

>Hyperacusis
>extreme sensitivity to noise

I have tinnitus, so I know these terms well. When my tinnitus started, I had one episode when I was on the street in the city and everything was extremely unbearably loud, especially higher frequencies like cars braking and that high pitch whine sound was dominating in my brain, the longer i stayed in public i started getting a headache. It somehow reduced a week later. I've had tinnitus for 3 years now, it's very quiet now though.

>>537351195
>Going to be a long journey.
Could be that with time you will be somewhat healed with extreme brain relaxation to the point it becomes more bearable. Nervous system regenerates as well btw.
Are you taking gabapentin or something to reduce pain?
Also there are anti-dizziness drugs like betahistine that somewhat normalize the vestibular system by increasing blood flow there.

>>537351360
Have more

>>537351839

I have mine at about 15 khz, similar frequency old CRT TVs had that you could hear in a distant room. (90s, 2000s kids will know this sound)

Ah, sorry to hear about the tinnitus. Although, glad to hear it's low now. Mine can be pretty wicked, because if i wear ear protection for the hyperacusis, i get tinnitus ramped up to alarm bell levels. So I'm kind of in a pickle with that one.

I have gaba for the migraines this used to give me. That has subsided, thankfully. I take a mix of some supplements for sure. Magnesium is important, I have a methylated B-complex that i take occassionally.

Attached a photo of my own!

>ear protection for the hyperacusis, i get tinnitus ramped up to alarm bell levels
That feel I know as well. I stuffed cotton in my ears initially thinking I must protect my hearing, but when I took it hour after hours, the hearing just adapts and tries to hear the quietest things and worsens everything.

Btw Andreas Lubitz also had tinnitus shortly before he crashed with no survivors.
It's just important to learn that it's not deadly and focus on other sounds.. Also I'm a long time headphone user since childhood, so maybe that's why I have tinnitus, idk.

>>537352663
Only if you have connections in the industry and everyone knows you and literally calls you up saying "we have a free position now, are you available?"
So, no..

>>537352904

>Andreas Lubitz

>"The crash was deliberately caused by the first officer, Andreas Lubitz, who had previously been treated for suicidal tendencies and declared unfit to work by his doctor. Lubitz kept this information from his employer and instead reported for duty. Shortly after reaching cruise altitude and while the captain was out of the cockpit, Lubitz locked the cockpit door and set the plane to fly downward in a controlled descent into a mountain.[5][6]"

Holy shiat. Either I forgot about this, or never knew it, but wow.

Re: Tinnitus -- I moved recently to a much quieter environment, took me a solid 3 months to readjust where I wasn't hearing it constantly. My entire body went into a somatic stress release, one of the most irritating experiences ive ever had in my life. After 6 months of constant fight-or-flight my body was so tense I gained immense strength, was so tightly wound, it felt like the very fascia and sinew in my body were all unwinding slowly. Full body pains at times.

I choose to be grateful for what I do have, it helps.
